Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday launched a medical advisory helpline to help those battling Covid-19 at a time when the country has been ravaged by the second wave of the deadly virus. He has also appealed to doctors to join the battle against Covid-19.
In a tweet on Saturday, Rahul Gandhi wrote, "India needs to stand together and help our people. We have launched Hello Doctor a medical advisory helpline. Please call +919983836838 for medical advice."
Rahul Gandhi then went to appeal to doctors and medical professionals to join the battle against Covid-19 and help those in need of medical advice.
This comes at a time when India on Saturday recorded over 4 lakh fresh Covid-19 cases and over 3,500 deaths in a global record. India now has over 32 lakh active coronavirus cases across states.
