Param Bir Singh moves Bombay HC against Deshmukh

Just In: Former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh has filed a petition in the Bombay high court pursuant to the Supreme Court asking him to move the high court.

Singh in his petition in Supreme Court had challenged his transfer as police commissioner and sought a CBI inquiry against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh.
