There is no question of Anil Deshmukh's resignation. ATS is investigating (both the Antilia case and the Mansukh Hiren case) and we believe the culprit will be punished, the Nationalist Congress Partys Maharashtra chief Jayant Patil said soon after the meeting at party president Sharad Pawars house in New Delhi to discuss the fallout of the letter sent by former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh alleging that Deshmukh had tasked him with raising Rs 100 crores.
