Even as the seat-sharing talks with chief ally Bharatiya Janata Party remained inconclusive, the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam on Friday released its first list of six candidates and their constituencies for the coming assembly elections.

Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami will contest from Edappadi and Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam will contest from Bodinayakanur.

Fisheries Minister D Jayakumar will contest from Royapuram, Law Minister C Ve Shanmugam will contest from Viluppuram.

Party functionaries S P Shanmuganathan and S Thenmozhi will contest from Srivaikundam and Nilakkottai respectively.
