Twitter appoints US-based grievance officer

Just in: appoints US employee as Grievance Officer. New rules require Indian resident for role. California based Jeremy Kessel now Twitter India grievance officer.

This comes a day after the social media giant's interim grievance redressal officer in India, appointed less than a month ago, resigned amid the company's bitter feud with the government.
