Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia says the Supreme Court panel report saying that Delhi "exaggerated" oxygen need by 4 times is fake.

"The truth is that the report was made up by the BJP. The BJP was responsible for the oxygen mismanagement across India," Sisodia said.

He added that the Supreme Court constituted Oxygen Audit Committee has not approved any report yet. "Then, which is this report that BJP leaders have been quoting? I challenge the BJP to bring this report signed by members of Oxygen Audit Committe.

"BJP leaders have been talking about a so-called report which states that there was no oxygen shortage in Delhi during the COVID peak and Delhi exaggerated its oxygen requirement by 4 times. Let me tell you that the report BJP has been quoting doesn't even exist."

The BJP, of course, latched on to the SC indictment, with spokesperson Sambit Patra slamming Arvind Kejriwal and the Delhi government. He said they politicised oxygen supply when COVID was at its peak. "This is such petty politics. The data presented by Oxygen Audit Committee in the report is shocking."
