One killed in Mumbai house collapse, 2nd in two days

Just In: One person was killed when three houses collapsed at Lokhandi Chawl in Shivaji Nagar, Dahisar east in Mumbai's western suburbs, on Thursday.

Mumbai has been having incessant rains since Wednesday with the onset of the north-west monsoon.

This was the second house crash in Mumbai in two days.

On Wednesday, two floors of a three-storey residential building collapsed in Malad west, killing 12, eight of them children.
