Choksi to be produced before Dominica magistrate

Mehul Choksi's lawyer Vijay Aggarwal said that his client will be produced before magistrate today at 4 pm (Dominica time; about 1 am IST).

"If Dominica police arrests someone, he has to be presented before court in 72 hours, which wasn't done," he said.

"That's why court has ordered to produce him before the magistrate at 4 pm," Aggarwal said.

Earlier, he had informed that hearing in Choksi's matter in Dominica court was over and the judge was writing order in her chamber. -- ANI
