Raj Kundra sent to jail for 14 days in porn case

A court in Mumbai sends actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe to judicial custody for 14 days in the pornography racket case.

Raj Kundra was arrested last week in connection with a porn racket and is currently in police custody. He is allegedly involved in the production and streaming of pornographic content through an app called Hotshots.

He has been booked under Sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292 and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
