Former minister Yashwant Sinha quits Twitter

Yashwant Sinha, finance minister and external affairs minister in the NDA 1 government of A B Vajpayee, today announced his decision to quit Twitter.

Sinha, a critic of the NDA 2 government headed by Narendra Modi, posted on Twitter: 'It is with regret that I announce my withdrawal from twitter. I shall not issue any tweet in future.'

Sinha had joined the microblogging site in April 2017.
