11th round of Centre-farmers talks to take place today. "The government's strategy was to throw net at us, to hide poison inside sweets. They want to end protests somehow. In our meeting it was unanimously decided that we reject their proposal. In today's meeting we will discuss MSP and repeal of the three farm laws," says SS Pandher, Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee.

The government on Wednesday proposed to suspend the three contentious farm laws for one and half years and set up a joint committee to discuss the Acts to end the stalemate, but farmer leaders did not immediately accept the proposal and said they will revert after their internal consultations.
