Joe Biden, Kamala Harris arrive at Capitol

With less than an hour until he is sworn in as US president, Joe Biden has arrived at the US Capitol ahead of his swearing in.

He walked up the steps hand-in-hand with his wife Jill.

US Vice President-elect Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff also arrived with the Bidens.
