Budget session from Jan 29, House to sit for 5 hrs

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla announces that amid COVID-19 pandemic, the Budget Session will commence from January 29. Rajya Sabha will sit from 9 am to 2 pm and Lok Sabha will sit be from 4 pm to 9 pm. Zero Hour and Question Hour will be held. MPs have been requested to undergo RT-PCR test. He also said that the food subsidy at the Parliament canteen has been completely removed.
