Who is Modi's stylist?

Journalist Saurav Das tweeted this image of an RTI application he sent to the government to find out who bears the costs to groom PM Modi. Das wanted information on expenditure incurred on Modi's hair-dresser, grooming team, make-up team, per month and the pay hike if any handed out to the team.

Alas, the RTI reached a dead end since, apparently, Modi's grooming expenditure does not come out of the national exchequer and is therefore 'exempt from disclosure'.
