UPDATE: The Delhi Police today filed a first information report against the creators of toolkit, which was shared by Greta Thunberg in her tweets on farmers' protest, but haven't named her in the FIR.

Earlier, it was reported that Delhi Police has filed an FIR against Thunberg.

"We haven't named anybody in the FIR, it's only against the creators of toolkit which is a matter of investigation and Delhi Police will be investigating that case," Praveer Ranjan, Special Commissioner of Police (CP), Delhi Police, said during a press conference, when asked if the police has named Thunberg in the FIR.

"Sections in the FIR are 124 A IPC-spreading disaffection against Govt of India, it's regarding sedition, 153 A-promoting hatred amongst various communities on social/cultural/religious grounds, same is 153 & 120 B for criminal conspiracy to give shape to such a plan," Ranjan said.

Earlier, it was reported that the Delhi Police has booked Thunberg over her tweets on farmers' protest.

Reacting to the reports, the teen climate campaigner tweeted that she 'still' stood with farmers and 'no amount of threats would change that'.

Thunberg's tweets in support of the protests near Delhi against farm laws are among many posts that have drawn international attention over the past two days to the farmers' agitation that began late-November.   -- with ANI inputs
