Use lockdown as last resort, PM Modi tells states

Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged states to use lockdown as the last resort in their fight against COVID-19.

"We need to save nation from lockdown. Use lockdown as the last option," Modi said during his address to the nation.

He asked states to focus on containment zone than imposing lockdown.
