Dassault paid middleman 1 million euros for Rafale deal: Expose

In an investigative report, Mediapart has reported that in the 2016 7.8-billion-euro deal between India and France for 36 Rafale jet fighter, Dassault also agreed to pay one million euros to a middleman who is now under investigation in India in connection with another defence deal.

In the first part of Mediapart's expose, Yann Philippin reports that the French anti-corruption agency Agence Francaise Anticorruption (AFA) discovered this separate arrangement during a routine audit of Dassault, here.
