Covid? What Covid? Shoppers at a vegetable market in Dadar, Mumbai, flout Covid-19 protocol and government imposed Sec 144, as they buy provisions this morning. Mumbai reported 11,163 new COVID-19 cases and 25 deaths yesterday. The state govt has imposed Section 144 of the CrPC between 7 am and 8 pm, banning the gathering of more than five people at a place.
