China-state affiliated media, The Global Times, releases this video in a push towards what it does best -- propaganda. Hu Xijin, the editor-in-chief of the paper, tweets the video showing hot meals being cooked delivered to Chinese troops via drones at the LAC. He writes, "With these drones, the PLA's frontline soldiers can enjoy hot meals once winter reaches the plateau. Some sympathize with the nearby Indian soldiers who can only eat cold canned food and have to endure the severe cold and potential spread of COVID-19."

Noting that the current situation at their border is not in the interest of either side, India and China have agreed on a five-point roadmap including quick disengagement of troops and avoiding any action that could escalate tensions for resolving the four-month-long face-off in eastern Ladakh.
