PM Modi condemns Nice knife attack

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday condemned the attacks in France, including one in Nice where three people were killed inside a church.

A man armed with a knife attacked two women and a man at the Notre Dame Basilica in the southern city of Nice on Thursday morning before he was shot by police.

I strongly condemn the recent terrorist attacks in France, including todays heinous attack in Nice inside a church. Our deepest and heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and the people of France. India stands with France in the fight against terrorism, PM Modi tweeted.
