Senior journalist Sheela Bhatt who is covering PM Modi's rallies in Bihar today reports: "To enter the Gandhi maidan, Gaya, duty officer told me, 'PM ko milna hai to antigen test karana padega. If you want to meet the PM you need to do an antigen test'. Instant test done at the gate. Negative, of course! Most unusual chunav sabha with all protocols of Covid-19 in place. Chairs at decent distance and everyone with masks on."
