The Congress party reacts to the BJP's manifesto for Bihar promising free vaccinations. Randeep Surjewala says, "During the migrant workers crisis, Bihar CM and Deputy CM said they won't let Biharis enter their state. The PM said vaccine can't possibly be made before a year. 1000 Biharis died due to Covid. Do central ministers care? They're deriding Biharis."

Finance Minister released the Bihar manifesto today saying, "As soon as the Covid-19 vaccine will be available for production at a mass scale, every person in Bihar will get free vaccination. This is the first promise mentioned in our poll manifesto."

Congress MP and former union minister Shashi Tharoor tweeted, "Tum mujhe vote do main tumhe vaccine (Give me votes, I will give you vaccine)... what appalling cynicism! Will the Election Commission rap her and her shameless government on the knuckles?"
