Centre of Cyclone Nivar to cross coast near Puducherry within 3 hours with wind speed of 120-130 kmph gusting to 145 kmph, says IMD.

Tamil Nadu has declared a public holiday to prepare for Cyclone Nivar, which is expected to intensify into a very severe cyclonic storm and cross Tamil Nadu and Puducherry coasts between Karaikal and Mamallapuram on November 26.
