Polls close in North Carolina and Ohio

Polls have now closed in the battleground states of North Carolina and Ohio.

Donald Trump won both states in 2016, but Joe Bidens team has been particularly optimistic about winning North Carolina.

North Carolina is also holding a key Senate race, as Democrat Cal Cunningham seeks to unseat Republican incumbent Thom Tillis.

Polls have also now closed in West Virginia, but Trump is expected to easily win that state.
