Joe Biden wins Rhode Island, Minnesota, Virgina, California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, DC, Maryland and Massachusetts, Vermont.
