Maharashtra extends lockdown till June 30

The government of Maharashtra has extended the lockdown till June 30 in the state. 

However, it has issued guidelines to open up the lockdown partially. According to the guidelines, jogging/cycling/running will be allowed. The guidelines state that government offices can open with 15 per cent capacity, while private offices can open with 10 per cent capacity from June 8.

Non essential shops will also be allowed to open up. 

Maharashtra is the worst-hit coronavirus state in the country.
