Cong expels Scindia for 'anti-party' activities

The Congress has expelled Jyotiraditya Scindia from the party moments after he releases resignation letter to party president Sonia Gandhi.

"Congress President has approved the expulsion of Sh. Jyotiraditya Scindia from the Indian national Congress with immediate effect for anti-party activities," Congress general secretary KC Venugopal said in a statement.
