Dancer Astad Deboo has a new fan

Padma Shri and Indian contemporary dancer and choreographer Astad Deboo tells us that former US President, Barack Obamas, sister Dr Maya Soetoro-Ng, has chanced upon his work, Boundaries, and liked it very much. She now wants to send it to her brother, the former US President and his friends, for a dekko. Maya, incidentally, is the Indonesian maternal half-sister of Obama.

We'll let you know what Mr Obama thinks of Astad's lithe steps choreographed with magic, but we're pretty sure he'll ask for an encore.
