Raj CM speaks to PM about governor's 'behaviour'

Just in: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot says he spoke with the Prime Minister. "I spoke with the PM yesterday and told him about the behaviour of the Governor. I spoke with him regarding the letter I had written to him seven days back."

This is the CM's second missive to the PM.

The Governor has rejected Gehlot's call to start the assembly session for a second time.
