Gehlot to hold meet with Congress MLAs tonight

The Congress appears deep in crisis in Rajasthan three months after it lost Jyotiraditya Scindia and Madhya Pradesh to the BJP after a long-drawn tussle between the old guard and the new.

Ashok Gehlot has called a meeting at 9 pm tonight. He has sent a message to all Congress MLAs, to be in Jaipur by this evening.

Rajasthan Sports Minister Ashok Chandna alleged that horse-trading is going on. He said that MLAs should learn from what happened in Madhya Pradesh where those who left the party were sidelined for four months and when elections are around the corner in MP, they were made ministers.

Chadana further said that they will face the ire of the people during the elections and Rajasthan Congress MLAs should learn from their fate.
