Nirbhaya case convict seeks mercy from Prez

Mukesh Singh, one of the four death row convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case, writes to President for mercy.

Earlier, the Supreme Court dismissed the curative petitions filed by two of the four convicts.

A Delhi court had on January 7 issued death warrants against the four convicts and said they would be hanged on January 22 at 7 am in Tihar jail.
