Review restrictive orders in J-K in a week: SC

Update: Supreme Court while delivering the verdict on petitions on the situation in J&K after abrogation of Article 370 directs the Jammu and Kashmir Govt to review all restrictive orders within a week.
-- The court said that temporary suspension of internet, basic freedoms of citizens should not be arbitrary, open to judicial review.
-- Internet suspension in J&K is to be reviewed. Internet suspension orders can be challenged in a court of law.
-- The state administration is to review all orders, including shutting down the internet.
-- The internet is to be restored for all essential services like e-banking and trade.
-- Repeated imposition of Section 144 is an abuse of power.
