Don't be lazy: Priyanka to Delhi voters

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has urged voters to come out and vote.

"Everyone should come out and vote. It is extremely important. Don't be lazy," Gandhi said after casting her vote.

Voting for the 70-member Delhi assembly is underway with people queuing up outside polling booths since early Saturday morning undeterred by the chilly weather.

Over 1.47 crore people are eligible to exercise their franchise in the polls that will decide the fate of 672 candidates.

Poll officials said 6.96 per cent votes were cast till 11:00 am.
