Pak refugees vote for 1st time in J-K polls

Pakistani refugees cast their vote in the second phase of DDC elections in Bassi Khurd. "My parents died without any voting rights. It's the first time in 70 years that we're able to cast vote after the abrogation of Article 370," says a local. Out of the 280 constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, 43 are going to polls in the second phase. Election is also being held in 83 sarpanch constituencies for which a total of 223 candidates are contesting in the phase two.
