Irrfan Khan laid to rest at 3 pm at Versova

Actor, performer, Irrfan Khan was buried at the Versova Kabrastan in Mumbai at 3 pm in the presence of his family, close relatives and friends. The mourners paid their final respects prayed for his soul. "He was strong in his fight, and we all have to be strong too in this loss," the official statement from Irrfan Khan's office read.

The versatile actor, who was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour in 2018, was admitted to the intensive care unit at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai, with a colon infection two days ago.
