PM backs Trump, says 'Ab ki bar Trump Sarkar'

PM Modi greets Donald Trump as he starts his speech at the Howdy Modi event in Houston. "He was a household name even before he went to hold the highest seat in he US," Modi says while greeting the US president. "His name is familiar to every person on the planet. His name comes up almost every conversation in the world on global politics," he says. 

"From CEO to commander in chief, from boardrooms to oval office, from studio to global stage. It is my honour and privilege to welcome here at this magnificent gathering," Modi says. 


"He has already made the American economy strong again. He has achieved much for the US and for the world," Modi says. "We in India have connected well to him," he adds and says "Abki baar Trump Sarkar" 

"This morning you can hear the the heartbeat of the two largest democracies. You can feel the strength and human bonds of two great nations," he says as he talks about the friendly relations between US and India. "You once introduced me to your family. Today, I introduce you to my family," Modi says while refering to the billions of Indians.
