PM arrives at NRG Stadium for Howdy Modi event

Amid raucous chants of 'Modi, Modi', the prime minister made a grand entrance at the NRG Stadium in Houston for the mega event dubbed Howdy, Modi.

Before coming on to stage, Junior US Senator for Texas, Ted Cruz addressing the crowds said: "India is the largest democracy on face of earth and America is proud to be your friend. Today is also a celebration of the Indian-American community in USA including in Texas. We say thank you to you for your incredible contributions."
