False charges: India rebuts Pak at UN on Kashmir

Countering Pakistan's repeated claims of human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir, India on Tuesday said that Pakistan is using "fabricated narrative and false allegations".

Addressing the 42nd session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, MEA secretary Vijay Thakur Singh says scrapping Article 370 was a parliamentary decision in a bid to end discrimination.

"Article 370 abrogation was a sovereign rights decision and within Indian Constitution" Singh said.
