Uddhav garlands Shivaji statue before trust vote

Uddhav Thackeray has reached Vidhan Bhawan. He garlanded the Shivaji statue before entering the Assembly.

The coalition government has to prove majority in the floor of the house at 2 pm today.

The Shiv Sena, NCP, Congress have issued a whip to MLAs to remain present in Assembly ahead of Maharashtra floor test at 2 pm.

Earlier in the day, Uddhav Thackeray thanked former prime minister and senior Congress leader Manmohan Singh after he congratulated him on being elected the chief minister of Maharashtra.
