Ajit Pawar, who is likely to be made deputy CM in the Mahavikas Aghadi government, will not be sworn in today. Reports say Ajit Pawar is upset he will not take oath today.

An NCP spokesperson said that Ajit Pawar had switched off his mobile phone this morning because he wants to avoid taking phone calls. The spokesperson belied rumours that Pawar had gone incommunicado.

Meanwhile, estranged cousin and MNS chief Raj Thackeray has confirmed that he will attend Uddhav Thackeray's swearing-in ceremony.
