Confident Uddhav will work diligently: PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweets his congratulations. "Congratulations to Uddhav Thackeray-ji on taking oath as the CM of Maharashtra. I am confident he will work diligently for the bright future of Maharashtra."

The PM and HM Amit Shah tried their best to cobble together numbers for a BJP-ruled government in the second term, and it would have been possible, except for Sharad Pawar. And so it is that Maharashtra gets a Shiv Sena, NCP, Congress government, hopefully for a full 5-year term.
