Updates from the SC hearing on the Cong-Sena-NCP plea.
-- Tushar Mehta, who is representing the Centre tells the SC: Particular time frame cannot be asked to be implemented on mere apprehension of a particular party.
-- BJP to SC: Matter fraught with serious consequences, governor's discretionary power cannot be judicially reviewed. Governor's action, calling a party to form government, is immune from judicial review.
-- Centre to SC: Grant us 2-3 days' time to file a reply.
-- Sr advocate Maninder Singh appears for Ajit Pawar, says he represents NCP, and Maha guv rightly invited Fadnavis to form govt.
