Tell Guv to conduct floor test today: Sena in SC

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal appearing for the Shiv Sena, the NCP and the Congress started submission in the Supreme Court with an apology to judges for troubling them on Sunday.

Sibal argued that Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar were sworn in bizarre manner and the Maharashtra governor was acting under direct instructions of Delhi.

Sibal also demanded that the court to direct the governor to conduct a floor test in the Maharashtra assembly today itself.
