The senior journalist has tweeted, "Shiv Sena prepares a writ petition to file in SC claiming that governor's invite and swearing in ceremony of Devendra Fadnavis was illegal. Morning, Sena indicated won't take battle to court; now it may end up in Supreme Court yet again."
