Cong finalises alliance with NC

Congress has finalised alliance with National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir. Ghulam Nabi Azad. NC chief Farooq Abdullah said that Jammu and Udhampur will be contested by the Congress, while he would contest from Srinagar. There will be a friendly contest between NC and Congress in Anantnag and Baramulla. The Ladakh seat is under discussion.
