I'm high on josh, fully in hosh, says Parrikar in Goa Assembly

Goa CM Manohar Parrikar addresses the budget session in the state Assembly in Panaji sitting in his chair with a tube inserted through his nose, says he is high on "josh". Parrikar is ailing with a pancreatic ailment for many months now. "Today, once again I promise that I will serve Goa with sincerity, integrity, and dedication until my last breath. There is a josh, that is too high and I'm fully in hosh," the CM said.

Josh is a reference to the film, Uri. Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharam had caught a show of the Vicky Kaushal-starrer 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' along with ex-servicemen at a movie theatre in Bengaluru on January 27. In a series of tweets, Sitharaman praised the star cast of the movie, including Kaushal, Paresh Rawal and Yami Gautam, and also posted a video of herself asking the moviegoers in the cinema hall, 'How's the josh?', which is a popular catchphrase from the movie.
