HC to hear MoD in arbitration case with Agusta Westland

Delhi high court agrees to hear Ministry of Defence (MoD) on the arbitration proceedings going on between AgustaWestland & MoD; asks both parties to file their affidavits within five weeks.

Ministry of Defence (MoD) alleges before the Delhi HC that there are several criminal proceedings going on against Agusta Westland due to which arbitration proceedings cannot be allowed to go on. -- ANI
