Hemant Soren to meet Sonia Gandhi today

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Hemant Soren to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi today to invite her for the swearing in ceremony.

Soren will take oath as Jharkhand chief minister on Sunday.

He met Governor Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday and staked claim to form government in the state.

Earlier in the day, he was formally elected as the JMM legislature party leader. -- ANI/PTI
