No Question Hour, CAB in Rajya Sabha at 12 noon

There will be no Question Hour today in Rajya Sabha.

Now the Citizenship Bill debate will begin at 12 noon instead of 2 pm.

Home Minister Amit Shah will table the Citizenship Bill in Rajya Sabha today for clearance after the Bill was passed by Lok Sabha on Monday.

The Opposition camp has appointed MPs to speak on the Citizenship Bill.

Here's a list of speakers: From Congress, Kapil Sibal will open the discussion after the Bill is introduced by Amit Shah and Anand Sharma will also argue against the Bill.

Derek O'Brien will lead the Trinamool Congress's arguments in Rajya Sabha while Tiruchi Siva will speak on behalf of DMK. Satish Mishra will be speaking on behalf of BSP and Sanjay Singh for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). NCP's Praful Patel and RJD's Manoj Jha will also speak on the Citizenship Bill along with Javed Ali Khan of Samajwadi Party.
