Finance minister: -- Rs 70,000 crore released for PSU banks' recapitalization. "We are releasing 70,000 crores upfront. Additional lending and liquidity to the tune of Rs 5 lakh crores can be made available by providing this capital for the PSPs.

-- Home and car EMIs to cost less.

-- Enhanced surcharge on capital gains tax to go.

-- All pending GST payments due to MSMEs till now will be paid in 30 days. For future GST refunds will be sorted out within 60 days.
